Ken’s Gardens Return Policy

Any item in saleable condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase, refunded in the original method of payment. Returns must be accompanied by the product and a cash register receipt dated within the past 30 days.

Ken’s Gardens Plant Warranty

We take great care to bring you the highest-quality plants. If your plants are not doing well for any reason, we will replace them with the same or a comparable plant or store credit within the time frames listed below. Warranty plants must be accompanied by the product and a cash register receipt.

Please speak to a member of our staff before returning plants, though. In many cases, they can recover with just a little TLC!

• Annuals & Hanging Baskets: 30 days from purchase
• Hard Goods: 30 days from purchase
• Perennials & Herbs: 30 days from purchase
• Trees & Shrubs: Most are guaranteed for 1 year from purchase date (30 days if not planted in the ground). Rhododendron, azalea, Pieris, and crepe myrtle are guaranteed for the year in which they are purchased — no winter guarantee.
• Tropicals & Houseplants: 30 days from purchase
